All of these programs will work as long as they are done like the author as prescribed and most importantly done at the proper intensity...

The question is how long will it take before your body adapts...?

I really like Alwyn Cosgrove's Undulating Periodization Program...cycles a variety of rep ranges every workout...I found it at bb.com
