Default Uneven arms...

Hi,
I'm new here, and excuse me if this topic has been brought up a thousand times. I just got into weight training, and after two weeks or so I am seeing some rather impressive improvement. But the one problem I have run into is that my right arm is noticeably larger than my left. It's always been this way because I'm right handed, but now it's getting irritating. I can curl more weight for more reps with my right hand, and I fear on barbell curls or bench press my right hand "takes over" and does more work.

I realize that I could just train only my left arm for a week, but I don't want to screw up my routine or something. Anyone have any advice regarding this issue?

Do all your curling with both hands at the same time. Barbell, cable, preacher, ect. Keep increasing the weight on the bar and eventually your "weaker" arm will have no choice but to respond and compensate.
