hhahah I had a professor in college who was an augustinian monk for 30 years. he told me "man is perfect, because god, the creator is perfect" ...

I told him "Our perfection comes from our imprefection"

he said my logic was flawed, I told him his faith was ... but i digress ... we are way off topic, back to pec development.

wow all this from one question, and im 12.5 stone by the way, was trying to convert it from lbs. All the weights are in kg's here in uk.
Ive been lifting for 4 years but only in the last year i have been taking it seriously and have gained a lot of size and stength. I am still learning so thanks for all the good advice you lot are giving..

Far as I can tell 1 stone = 14lbs. So, he is 175lbs.

if you're 175 @ 5'6 thats pretty good. what does the rest of your program look like???

Thanks. I know too many people who have no fire and passion in their lives at all. Pretty hellish way to live IMO.

I totally agree with you about this. Some exercises work a muscle harder than others but the muscle either gets worked or it doesn’t I also don’t buy the idea that muscles become used to what your doing and that you need to fool them by changing workouts a lot. A muscle does not have a brain. To read some articles you would think each muscle group had an IQ over 140
