wow all this from one question, and im 12.5 stone by the way, was trying to convert it from lbs. All the weights are in kg's here in uk.
Ive been lifting for 4 years but only in the last year i have been taking it seriously and have gained a lot of size and stength. I am still learning so thanks for all the good advice you lot are giving..
