sth like

5-8 x 50%
3-5 x 70%
1 x 80%

is good?

It depends on how much weight your lifting and goals, some will for example squat or bench just the bar 5-10 times and slowly move up to their 400+ lb lifts, if for example your only benching 140lbs then not as much warm up is needed of your benching 300 or more, make sense? Also the type of lift your doing would matter too, a deadliest requiring a majority of your body would require more than if your starting your day off with something like curls or a smaller issuing lift

It looks good. I usually do around 60-70% with 1x15. But, everybody has different warm ups that work for them.

looks good to me, but everyone has their preferred method for warming up.

Ya depending on the lift I'll do a warm up set. Like squats, deads, or bench. Other than that, most other lifts there's not that much of a need to "warm up". for those other lifts - like Freek, I usually do around 60-70% with for 12-15 as well. Just to get the blood flowing!

But yes of course, everyone is different and have their own preferences.
