Default Using the E-Z Curl Bar

The E-Z curl bar made famous by Arnold Schwarzeneggar, allows you to choose several different positions for your hands, which in turn affects the upper arm muscles a little differently. With the main handles on the E-Z curl bar, the hands are put in a position partway between flat and upright. This middle position allows the brachialis muscle to get involved in the lifting, making the movement more complete. You should still perform standard curls but the E-Z bar curl is a nice addition to add to your biceps training routine.

EZ curl bars are also excellent for anyone that has wrist issues! For me, it's one of the only ways i can perform bar curls. The straight bars put too much strain on my wrists as I have had previous injuries in the past. ONe of my favorite biceps exercises.
Cheers!

Yes EZ curl bar is a very good exercise for wrist as I have also experienced that. How often you do it?
