For those that I offended I apologize. I read the sticky and it makes sense. I was switching my routine every 2 weeks. I try to eat right but with a sales job you have to eat when customers do and 6 meals a day is kinda tough. I will give my routine a shot and add in deadlifts since squats are out since I have had 3 knee surgeries and one was from high school squats being stupid with 500lbs.
Thanks for the posts and any other advice would be greatly appreciated

I didn't mean to come across as a dick or anything when I posted. So If I came across that way then I apologize.

I think (and most members are probably the same) that when you post questions on here, you should assume that we expect some sort of knowledge base from you. I'm not saying you have to know everything, but at least attempt to know something about what you're asking or show that you've made an attempt to find information. *Mini Rant Over*

Have you talked to a doctor on leg exercises you can do. Lunges maybe or leg press? Can you do squats at all? With light weight.
