Need a ab workout
I do crunches and ball twists but dont have a actual workout. Anybody have an example one i could see?

oblique crunches
3x25
over-extention crunches
3x25
everyday religiously, but I was a boxer so I work abs hard

If you use an exersize ball, it really consentrates

Yea so i decided to use a 5kg medicine ball and i start off with normal plank for a 1 min and side plank each side for 1 min each
