Darkhorse you make such a good point here- so many people spend so much time lifting weight that they've been able to lift for years. Do a decent warmup to avoid injury and help blood flow and then crank that weight up! The final set should be the heaviest...don't come back down or it wastes time!

I personally do some light jogging and a few jumping jacks. Just something that gets the heart rate up and warm the muscles up.

yes its a great information provided by you warm up is the most important thing you must do before starting the workouts . you can start it by just using runner, vaccum cycling,and push ups these are some best thing to startup with the exercise. as through them body gets up heated easily and muscles gets stretched up easily so it will nevcer have any cramps while starting up the exercise
