i'm probably the only guy who hasnt replied to this as yet and i'm sorry....

truth be told, i'm a skimmer... knowing that, i wanted time to sit down and read it carefully... i cant read on the screen coz i dont feel comfortable - i'd rather take a print out and sit and read.... i'm a paper guy...

anywayz, its good work hrdgain81.... nice post....

(i 2 do that..... learnt it in judo class.... )

I think I'm one of the few here who hasn't taken a martial art, so this was interesting to read and learn about. I'm going to give it a go tommorow.
