Ok, .... I'm sold. Deads will lead off the line up next back day. Thanks for all the feedback, it is very motivating!

It is one of the biggest mistakes to avoid training your posterior chain. This means not only your back but your glutes and hamstrings. If you have a weak Posterior Chain, you are setting yourself up for some massive problems.
