Do 50 pullups each back workout. Use heavy weight or go home. Lat pulldowns, good mornings or deads for lower. Overhead/military press for shoulders. Lateral raises.

Oh yeah, what the good DR said... Whats your routine like now. You cant workout the same muscles every day, they need time to repair. Nothing can be built if you arent taking in more than you are expending everyday. yup yup

Heavy compound movements. It's that simple. Again, refer to my sticky at the top of the page and finger out some compound exercises. Also refer to my Max-OT journal. I use the best mass gaining exercises. Without a doubt.

Dont you have football coaches that help with that? I would get some advice from them too. I'm not trying to be a dick, but lifting for football, and bodybuilding are two very different things.

also, if you have questions, just ask them on one thread dont drop three different ones, especailly if you have questions that are all in the same category.

that being said these guys are right, heavey compound movements, and if you dont want to lose speed, strech, before durring and after lifting, make sure you warm up the muslces before you lift. the more flexible you are the more speed your gonna have. that goes for both upper and lower body.

Football is about short bursts of power. Bodybuilding is more about endurance. Your focus should be full body workouts and wind sprints.
