Default what the F%$&

today i went to the gym, did an awesome bi workout 5 different lifts, and they were burning like acid SWWEEETTT!! But then i got on the treadmill and nope, then the eliptical and again denied. i just didn't have it in me today for my cardio. so i went home and did a little abs. what do you guys do on your "what the F&%# days"?

I've never had that problem since I would never do cardio just after a weight workout.

But I think if you are too tired to do cardio and all you have to show for it is five different bicep curls you need to seriously reaxamine your routine.

You should be slamming a pwo shake instead of hitting the cardio.
