I just wanted to clear that up. I think many people indoctrinated into the Rippetoe Roger Rabbit method (you know, where you drop a refrigerator on your head over and over) can probably benefit from taking some time to un-learn/re-learn.

That's kind of what I was planning on.. I'm taking this week off, but next week I'm just going to spend some time with the lifts and attempt to make it look like I have any idea what I'm doing. I've got a lot to learn still about actually putting a strength program together, but right now I'm swamped with schoolwork and will get to that in a few days.

I'll be heading back to the gym tomorrow or tuesday depending on time and spending the whole week on form following the suggestions of that article. I need to start developing a program, but need some more information first. One thing the article (and several forum members) have stressed is that a strict setsXreps program is too restrictive. However, that isn't enough to put something together with. Can someone point me towards some resources where I could learn more about programming? Thanks
