I'll be heading back to the gym tomorrow or tuesday depending on time and spending the whole week on form following the suggestions of that article. I need to start developing a program, but need some more information first. One thing the article (and several forum members) have stressed is that a strict setsXreps program is too restrictive. However, that isn't enough to put something together with. Can someone point me towards some resources where I could learn more about programming? Thanks
