Hell Yeah! Why didn't you tell the trainer about your professional mentor?? I would've loved for him to say that the pro was wrong and must've been juicing!

Lol, the reason I did not tell him anything is because I wanted him to teach me everything he knew and since this personal trainer was a one time deal, meaning I got one free lesson for becoming a new member.. When he asked if I ever did weight training before I told him "just a few times", and another reason I said that is because it’s been so long I don’t really work out that I’ve forgotten a lot of the details of some specific exercises and machines… I just wanted to refresh my mind without letting him know I actually knew something, that way he would give detailed explanations about what I wanted to know… Which he did, wrong ones but the never the less detailed ones lol
