Default What should I do?

Hi everyone, Im new to the forums. Im a 30 year old male, 5" 10" and 185 lbs. I have a decent build but I have alot of fat over my muscle that needs to be exercised. I have had a horrible diet for the last 5 years or so ( fastfood, ice cream, cake etc...) I have 4 kids and I would like to be around for awhile to see them grow up and give myself a muscular build to keep the wife happy : ) I dont want to loose the body mass I have but would like to loose the fat and turn what i have into muscle. I am changing my diet as of today and will be commiting to exercise/bodybuilding as much as needed. I have alot of will power and am going to follow thru with this. I am actually quite excited about it. The only thing is, I dont know what to do. I dont want to diet to where I am going to be skinny. I want a diet that will keep me healthy, fat free and give me some mass to work with as I am exercising doing cardio and and bodybuilding. Pretty much I am looking to work on what you would call a beach body. What should my diet consist of? ( I like all foods, Im not picky) What kind of workout schedule should I have? Please help with what ever you can.
