What up fellas!
what u fellas, i hope everybody is well getting strong and meeting their goals. just thought i would check in and say whats up and show one of the new little exercises ive became fond of. i seen it on the world strongest man and i just wanted to try it for myself. did it a little last week and then i decided to tape it.

i did a jump rope work out first so i was kind of winded so my form isnt great per say on the first rep...but oh well.

here is the one arm 150lb dumbbell press

Awesome vid and still super strong I see!

You may find that most of the regulars around here have "flown the coupe" so to speak.

I dub. whats up homie. how have you been. i was lookin around a little and seen it wasnt to many around. but i did the vid and figured i would share with the old buddies

Seems like a quite a few of them headed over to Ground Up Strength ( Eric and Anuj (Wolf) are the main guys over there.

I've been alright I suppose. Been trying to make progress but within the last year I've broken my toe, broken my collar bone (twice), had my appendix removed, and just recently got stitches in my foot...

Soooo seems I've been making more backward progress then forward. Arg!
