I have a bit of a combination. I'm trying to cut body fat and gain strength. I'm doing that for hockey and ofcourse the ladies.

I'm training to lower my body fat and make awesome abs. I also want to improve my bench, squat and deadlift. I also started training the other day to enter the Sydney City to Surf for the first time.
