Oh no i never said i wanted to cut. I want to bulk up like 3o lbs lol.
I'm 115 lbs, 5'6, bf never measured but i'm pretty toned due to xc and track, and i'm 17!
My lifts are embarrassingly low and i'm just trying to build up my str again to lift heavier.
My diets usually consists of eating every 2 hours, just anything i can get my hands on. It usually includes rice b/c i'm asian. Sometimes eggs or sometimes oatmeal and protein for breakfast.
