Cool

Hey GD! No time is better than the present!
You have to have a stepping stone somewhere. It took me until last week to finally realize what I started 16 weeks ago. I am not as low BF as I wanted, but it's trial and error. I know now what to do diff with my bod for next time. Do the show even if your 9%. It's great experience. Can't expect perfection the first time around.

I put my expectations sooo high for myself. I realized, man I'm comin from 31% BF, I should be happy I can wear a two piece! My current BF is 17%.
So, give yourself a break and do it!
