Whats the best "method" for getting ready for competition?

Thanks for the motivation. I first want to try and get my BF to around 12% before I decide fully to compete, and then I will work on all the other stuff. I already practice posing and other stuff for fun. But I figured if I can't get to around that amount, there is no point for me.

Honestly, I don't know why I can't get there now because my diet is pretty strict. I guess I need to add another hour of cardio on top of what I already do. :(
