Default Whats the best time of day to train?

Okay so I'm shortly due to begin training. I've done a whole load of reasearch on supplements, nutrition and rippetoe, so I have that side of things covered. However when is the best time to train for bulking? It's no big deal for me whether is mornings before work or evenings after. Also if its mornings do I eat first or just have a shake and then replenish with food after.

That's more of a personal choice. I don't think anyone can tell YOU what the best time to train is.

Do you work ? Shift work or steady days ? Family , friends , etc... alll play a part in peoples training.

For me I'm stronger in the morning , but I can't always train at that time. Train when it best suits your needs. There is no optimal time to train for bulking. Nutrition will play a big roll in bulking. Eat before and after as the others have said.

If i could, i would train just before sleep.

Muscles may grow quietly and relax.

Unfortunately, some people believe that at night your body does not work like in broad daylight.

It's just an opinion...
