Default Whats a workout for your lower chest?

My chest is all developed and tight except for the bottom, like near the nipple.

I was wondering what kinds of workouts would work that area?

Unfortunately, the only thing that's going to get your lower chest a "cut" appearance is dieting alone. Working out your lower chest with dips, declines, ect is good for getting size, but it won't burn fat in that specific area. To minimize the flabby look, just do the exercises Dr.X said and get that part of your chest muscle bigger. But cutting bodyweight is the only real answer. :(

Basically, after you get up on the dip bar with your arms locked at the elbow, you try and extend your arms further down. The reps are almost like doing shrugs. You should really feel a deep burn after 2 or 3 of them. It takes away using your triceps and focuses solely on your chest. The dip is actually only maybe 3-4 inches down then back up.

That's the guy. He has a ton of expensive training programs to get certified and stuff. I usually do my last set this Parrillo style, but the other 3 I do all the way down, up.
