Once again, just trying to get the community active here....Post you favorite training routines, exercises, rep ranges, techniques, etc. Hopefully this will add some life to this place....
Favorite Training: Haven't found one that really wows me. I am an experimenter so I try program that aren't as mainstream. Right now, I am doing Tri-Phase Training (Found it through bodybuilding.com)
Favorite Exercise: Shoulder Press, Bent Over BB Rows
Favorite Techniques: I love throwing in some extreme drop sets at the end of a workout.
