when to dead

Default when to dead

i am going to start putting dead lifts in my program my ? is would i be better putting them on leg day or back day or neither? i am talking traditianel deads not strait leg deads

Like Joker said, it would help to see your program. But depending on how many days in between your legs and back , they could go on both. One could be heavy, one could be to get a light stretch.

I would say put it in where your leg work is light, after a light set of squats, or on a day with no leg work near the top of the order for that day.
