Default Where do I go from here? (pics)

I've noticed gains in my arms and legs (str and mass) but my chest hasn't changed at all.

I weight 150lbs
I use creatine mono and take whey. I eat a SHIT load of protein (chicken, tuna, eggs), but also a lot of crap (no desserts/sugar but pizza is my favorite food).

I don't have a routine set in stone but the exercises I do are flat bench, incline bench, skullcrushers, pullups, dips, squats, deadlifts, hammer curls, rows, and shrugs (not all on the same day). I usually do 5x5.

can anyone give me advice? do I need to change my routine for my chest to develop? change my diet? obviously something isn't working

Maybe you should follow a proven routine for a while that allows for progression. Were you progressing from week to week before?

You need to find a proven routine and stick with it, from the looks of your pics it doesn't look like you've ever lifted weights before, not being a dick just honest. So it's going to take time, a lot of time. As it would for anyone who's just starting strength training, eat as much as you can, get a lot of rest and train your ass off, it'll eventually come.

Compound movements, lots of calories, progressive resistance. That should be your prime focus right now.

Madcow 5 X 5 will work wonders for you.
