there was a topic stating different workouts at beginer advanced stage etc. i cant find it where is it

no its not there

it was jus one topic showing all the different types of work outs in 3 stages.

like bigerner then middle then advanced.

I'm not sure there is one. But there should be. I think it's because it's all relative...that would be hard to do. It wouldn't be impossible to do some kind of breakdown.
