Why aren't you growing??
Thumbs up Great stuff.

Very nice explanation. I've been in the gym for almost 4 months and I think I'm not getting any bigger. I notice some slight definitions on my body though. Nothing more. During my 3 months, I only did isolation isolation exercises. The only compound exercise that I did was an improper bench press. Until now, my chest is not getting any fuller. I started doing squats and deadlifts just last week.

Can anyone tell me how I am doing?!

Id have to agree. 99.9% of the time its because one is either under eating or over training.

i think we're all guilty of this at one point in our lives.with work, bills, family, travel time,etc...it's difficult to really eat the way we're supposed to.when i stop growing or am stuck at a wght i 1st re-read my logs.then i figure out my nutritional intake for the week and 9 out of 10 times the answer is right there.i recently upped my carb intake by about 100 extra grams the 1st week or so now at about 250gms over my "normal intake.i recently posted pics up on different boards showing how i look just coming back my 4th week (now into my 6th wk) starting at about 185lbs and am now around 210 at 9-10% b/f.diet is the key to our goals.training will fall in place once each of us knows what'll work for us as individuals and what won't...
