how long do you spend in the gym each training day guys ?

45-60 mins - If I'm alone and that includes warmup and cooldown.

Could be up to 2.5 hrs with training partners . In this case I take in about 300-400 extra cals during.

Well i am a martial artist as well. and i like intense workout... i spend 3 hours a day and 6 days a week whih includes warmup session bodybuilding & some gground excercise related to martial arts... too much i knw but this fits me emoryte with this

45min-1 hour.

I work out in the tropics (Philippines) in a gym with no air conditioning. So I have to keep my sessions reasonably short or I just get dehydrated and overheated.
