Looking for a programme for my girlfriend, she wants to tone up and loose weight, she's not into body building, just looking for any routine that would help her reach her goal quickly and effectively?
she's around 5' 6" and weighs around 9 and a halfish stone.
most important parts to improve are stomache, thighs, tighter upper arms and she wants a toned bum but doesn't want it to go any smaller..if that's possible?! She knows what to do with her diet its just the routine that she needs, any help would be appreciated! thanks
