Post Woorkout Plan

Hello Everyone!
I am 19 Year Old & I Have Just Started Going To Gym & There I Found Many Guys & Asked Many Of Them About The Workout!
& I Was Amazed To See Every One Was Telling Me A New Story No One Was Telling The Proper Workout!
So My Request Here To All Friend Is That Tell Me A Workout Plan
Like
Mon -
Tue -
Wed -
Thu -
Fri -
Sat -

& Also Suggest Me The Excercises & Their Order Of Performing,
Bicep,
Tricep,
Chest,
Lats,
Shoulder,
Abs, Etc

& The Order Of Exercises Which To Perform First & After That Which Will Be Next Excercise & Upto So On!

& Also Tell Me The Diet Plan.

I Need Quick Response As I Have Started Going To Gym & Cant Wait More Searching For The Workout Plan.

There are probably 10 posts asking exactly what you are asking on the very first page of this forum. I think you need to do a little bit better on the research first. You haven't even tried. You just want someone to do the work for you.

Also, not everything needs a fricken capital!

Ya man, there's so many options for beginners - dealing with workout plans and diets. Look on different forums. BB.com, SS.com, etc. There's plenty of excellent programs for you. Put the time in yourself, research your ass off! Your best weapon will be knowledge man! Use it.

No one (besides a trainer) will do it for you! That's part of the hard work that goes into your physique.
