Default Workout Programs

What might work for one might not work for another. Some people have more slow twitch muscles while others are fast twitch dominant. Depending on what your goals are I think it's beneficial to this forum to have a comprehensive list and descriptions of all types of workout programs. Some we can consider are:

1. GVT-German Volume Training
2. OVT-Optimized Volume Training
3. HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training
4. Max-OT
5. HST

If anyone has information to post, links to add, or experiences that shed light on a peticular method of training feel free to post. It might be what someone's been waiting for.

Default Max-OT

Here's the link for the Max-OT workout. You actually have to sign up for the workout before you can view it, but this link I've provided gives you 180 or so pages to read about it. It takes a while to load so be patient.
