lift 3 times a week...monday will be copied to friday.
i don't think it'll make a huge difference...maybe not any...it's just...tri extensions were doing nothing...and tri's are getting worked with bench and MP...so might as well just do dips and leave it at that. and on a typical deadlift day i was doing like 9 things...just trying to keep it a little more simple. and russians and side bends on the same day...i'll just get rid of one of those, and add a set to the other. maybe alternate them every other workout.
so that...plus....i just don't want to work out for over an hour
but this way...i can get enough rest in between sets even if the workout does run an hour....get the most out of everything.
