Default Workout routine

i m thinking of starting a new workout routine. My workout routine goes somewhat like this i wake up at 5:30 eat my cereal thn after an hour run is that ok or should i do cardio first thing. i heard that doing cardio first thing burns of 300% more fat then doing it anytime, but does it still work the same way if i eat then do cardio. But i am thinking that if i do cardio first thing i might faint. is that true because i do some fast pace cardio. like tomm i am doing HIIT traning is it ok or not, and should i eat before i do cardio. if u guys need anymore information please personal msg me.

At the end of the preworkout nutrition sticky there is some discussion of this. It is basically a question of "fasted cardio" or not.
