okay so say you are bulking and having 7 meals a day and having 4000 calories

This will be the breakdown over the meals

1. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
2. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
3. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
4. 25% calories of 4000 (pre workout) - 1000 cals
5. 25% calories of 4000 (post workout) - 1000 cals
6. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
7. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals

Each meal is - 60% low gi carbs, 40% are complete protien cals.

Pre/Post workout - 25% is protien, 75% is high gi carbs, like dex, pineapple / apple juice, maltodextrim, raisins, saltanas etc

Your bedtime shake is 400 cals, is 60% protien, 40% low gi carb

Thats pretty much it.

You payed for that? Oh well.

I'd urge you to get some healthy fats in that diet. Also you need to be willing to adjust macronutrient levels to suit your needs. Just cuz some guy experimented and came up with a diet that works for himself doesn't mean the same ratios will work for you.

What is your training history like? That program is not for the novice.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

i didnt pay for it... youll find its a much praised diet/workout plan, not just from the guy who made it, but nearly all of the people who try it

you dont include fats into ur total calories, but it says you can add extra efas if you want

im not a novice

Don't get insulted. After all I have no info to go on. You did ask about the diet after all. There are lots of much praised things on the internet. Whether it works or not depends on you since there is no one diet that is perfect for everyone but only guidelines to help people plan and experiment with those diets. If you think the diet is great then go for it. I only answered cuz you asked. I would repeat that you should be willing to adjust.
