Would the musclenow diet work with well Westside for Bodybuilders (WS4BB)?

You payed for that? Oh well.

I'd urge you to get some healthy fats in that diet. Also you need to be willing to adjust macronutrient levels to suit your needs. Just cuz some guy experimented and came up with a diet that works for himself doesn't mean the same ratios will work for you.

What is your training history like? That program is not for the novice.

i didnt pay for it... youll find its a much praised diet/workout plan, not just from the guy who made it, but nearly all of the people who try it

you dont include fats into ur total calories, but it says you can add extra efas if you want

im not a novice
