okay so say you are bulking and having 7 meals a day and having 4000 calories
This will be the breakdown over the meals
1. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
2. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
3. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
4. 25% calories of 4000 (pre workout) - 1000 cals
5. 25% calories of 4000 (post workout) - 1000 cals
6. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
7. 10% calories of 4000 - 400 cals
Each meal is - 60% low gi carbs, 40% are complete protien cals.
Pre/Post workout - 25% is protien, 75% is high gi carbs, like dex, pineapple / apple juice, maltodextrim, raisins, saltanas etc
Your bedtime shake is 400 cals, is 60% protien, 40% low gi carb
Thats pretty much it.
