weighed in today at 216.5 have been busy with work/wedding stuff so i haven't even been able to spend as much time at the gym as i've wanted. strength/fullness are up... pumps are INSANE. i love it... every workout just reinforces the desire to get intense for hte next workout.

im thinking 230 may be in reach if i continue at the rate im going

i'll say.. .had legs today. strength is WAY WAY up, i had the leg press fully loaded doing slow steady reps like it was empty. by the time i finihsed up my quads were so pumped i could barely squat down without them feeling like the skin was gonna pop open. i loved it. sipping my PWO shake now and about to go and pretend to jab another 3cc's

well, i completely carb depleted to see how much was water and how much was real.

so measureing from my starting point of 206 (carrying normal water) to a depleted state at 212 it looks like things are going well. strength is still going up, weight is going up, and fat is steadily coming off. probably much closer to 10-11% i have to say i think i started closer to the 12-13% range as i've dropped a nice amount of fat but not to the point where i'd say <10%. i am happy thus far with my results, but when the pins i have loaded run out im tweaking things from:

E3D:
75mg/4OHT
25mg/4AD
100mg/4OHN
100mg/NPP
200mg/EQ

to:

ED: (was hoping to avoid that many pokes... but oh well)
2.5mg/pgf2a
50mg/EQ
21mg/4ad
93mg/4-oht
100mg/phosphadidylcholine
