Need Help with Shoulder Workout
Hi, can anyone offer me some advice re. my shoulder workout? I work out shoulders 1X per week but am not seeing the kind of rear delt results I would like.
Currently I do 4 sets of 10 reps of each of these exercises:
DB Side Lateral Raise.
Front DB Raise.
DB Shoulder Press.
Behind the Head BB Press OR Bent Over Reverse Flye.

Your exercises are fine only add push ups and pull ups into it and do 4 sets of reps: 15, 12, 10, 15. Hope these will show you results.
I train my wife. She really responded well to lat pull downs done with narrow grip palm up position.
You can do it. Have a try and you will be able to do it.
