| Hi, can anyone offer me some advice re. my shoulder workout? I work out shoulders 1X per week but am not seeing the kind of rear delt results I would like. Currently I do 4 sets of 10 reps of each of these exercises: DB Side Lateral Raise. Front DB Raise. DB Shoulder Press. Behind the Head BB Press OR Bent Over Reverse Flye. Thank you. |

| Your exercises are fine only add push ups and pull ups into it and do 4 sets of reps: 15, 12, 10, 15. Hope these will show you results. |
