New Workout for Women
Flavia Del Monte has a new workout and diet program. It is based on a five day split (traing 5x a week) and has a very sound diet plan. I was especially impressed with the videos--even better quality than her first program.

Women have less testosterone that men have, which means that their bodies are far less able to build big muscles. So, do not forget to incorporate weight training in your workout routine.

I am glad you shared this Kevs. I also suggest going through the Jillian Michaels Workouts. I don't think it is on youtube anymore.
