Just joined, wanted to say whats up to everyone. I'm from Madison WI, been lifting seriously for about 5 years. I'm about to enter my first show. If you have any tips, they'd be greatly appreciated.

Welcome and goodluck. You should keep some sort of log of your competition preperations for anyone else who aspires to be competitive.
