Default What's Up

I decided to join after a few visits to this informative site. I have been working out for about 9 months now. I am starting to hit plateaus and have begun to seek advice. I am currently 5'7 and about 170 with about 10% body fat. My goal is a solid 190 lbs.

Welcome to the boards digger.

Plateaus suck, but everyone has to deal with them eventually. If you need any help just start a thread in one of the related forums and we can try to give some advice.
