I started a serious diet plan, workout and supplements after i finished college because i have free time anyways these are my pictures before and after ( 2 months ) Supplements: Whey Protein Creatine Glutamine Fish Oil Multi Vitamin CLA and i got NO-XPLODE for free so i was what the heck i used it for the 1st month P.S: Sorry the pics are only from the front From first to third.. 21/9/2009 -> 21/10/2009 -> 21/11/2009 And i play 5 days ( each day 1 muscle only biceps and triceps are together ).. i dont do cardio but i play football 5 times a week (60min each) Thank you for reading and please post any comments and tips i would be grateful |
You were pretty lean to begin with but you have definitely succeeded in improving that.

Hey man, thats pretty good gains considering just 2 months your pretty lean now so now would a good time to start bulking up.
I also train the same one muscle each time only biceps and triceps work together. It a good routine and works well for me. Anyway well done that a pretyy good achievement for 2 months. Keep up the hard work! -------------------- Bodybuilding and fitness Information |
