I started my sixteen week diet second week of Jan. this year........
I am currently 3.5 weeks out of comp. NOt as lean as I wanted, but goal for next time def. What ya think?

I have bigger arms than u, but everything else, u got my ass kicked without a competition. :(

Looking good, keep cutting and you should do well in the competition.

Btw, what part of Illinois are you from...I am originally from Naperville :P

Those two pictures of you don't even look like the same person to me. Your dieting is awesome. Good luck in the comps. Feel free to post more pictures of you in the comps.
