Kane is right...

A frequent mistake when deadlifting is slightly flexing the elbows. That is a good recipe of bicep pulls. But if you avoid doing that it would be difficult. Over-under is perfectly fine. But pronated (over-over) would be a better grip trainer if used for you overall grip except for when you HAVE to use over-under.

Definitely no mixed grip on rows! Tell the guy who says "always use straps" to stop being a wimp

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

Alright finally got some pictures up. Finally got back into due to a knee injury (football) I kinda gained a bit of a chubb there. Legs I don't wanna show them just yet. Not much of a gain because I am starting to work on them slowly and lighty to get that base. Currently standing 5'8 178lb, gained a bit of bf. I'll update this again in about a month with leg pictures and stats.

Looks good, what are your quad measurments? My legs never started growing until I did deep squats. Now they wont stop.
