    Awesome video. I guess I missed that when it was originally posted. I'm really liking Dan John. I see he has a bunch of articles on T-Nation. So far I noticed he has a no nonsense approach to things.

    Yeah, I keep meaning to start doing the Maximumm Strength mobility stuff, but I keep putting it off. Been distracted this summer. I'm going to PM you about a personal matter.

    Well we should work on that. Not that I'm concerned that you always squat super deep or anything only that improving hip, ankle, etc..mobility and being able to go deeper (even if with light weights) will make you a healthier you

    LOL. No, I have good depth, a little past parallel, just about the limit my hips allow.

    So your saying you did 15 more pounds for a 3x5 right off the bat and then got a pr 285. That's great. Amazing what some good technique tweaks can do.

    OH! LOL I thought you meant 'higher' as in 'less depth' instead of heavier!

    Because I think I do a lot to try to raise it. Shit, I was squatting 185 a year ago. I just got to thinking maybe my technique isn't so good. We'll see.
