| I am trying to understand this concept of "building muscle". If I can lift 200lbs as a max should my bench press look like this? warm up--50% of max--2 sets 70% of max--1 set 80% of max--1 set 90% of max--1 set Also should I do 30 degree incline on the same day as flat bench? |
