| Well, most of mine include tuna, chix, salmon, or turkey, all of which is canned. ill add in/mix any other ingredient, mustard, peppers, spices, ranch, mayo (tho havent done in a while), Also nuts in moderation are good. Fry up some chicken quarters, or chicken breasts. Sausages of all varieties, find some flavors and try, they have gouda n apple, chipolte, many varieties. Bunless burger, Fish of any sort, grill, saute, or broil. Eggs are good in morning with some hot sauce, Hell, I did the CKD for 3 months or so. Im used to eating this stuff. Ill reward my self once in a while with a diet drink or crystal lite style drink. Usually I just have a gallon jug of water at my desk. It makes it special when I get to drink a cream soda or something with my sometimes dry food. For on the go, cheese sticks, pork rinds, jerky, or nuts. |
